Health - in the spirit and in the body likewise

For better health in every regard. Do I have a healthy spirit in my body?

Much is done for the health of the body, but what is done for the spirit?

What keeps the physical body at all alive, is the spirit. That is more, than simply a reasoning power. If the spirit is gone, the body is lifeless.
Yahweh God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. is written in Genesis, and in Psalms: His spirit departs, and he returns to the earth.. In Old-Hebrew and Ancient Greek basic texts the word which is translated as spirit, signifies wind. It is not something material. Nevertheless, bodily health is very much dependent on the spirit, and on it’s condition. This fact is also proven scientifically.

 

However, it isn’t true that science could never err. Nowadays it has become common to ascribe all thinking only to the brain. But I think each of us could agree with the fact that at least emotional thoughts originate rather in the heart. However he doesn’t mean so, neither does his heart think so;... it says, for example, by the prophet Isaiah. Jesus asked once the scribes: Why do you think evil in your hearts? The brain processes only the thoughts of the heart, just like a computer.
But the things which proceed out of the mouth come forth out of the heart, says Jesus, and if these were bad thoughts, the person would be defiled by them. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life. as one of the sayings of Solomon also admonishes us. But what can one do if it does not work, because the worldly media cover us permanently with bad stuff? Jesus said to his disciples: You are already pruned clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. The cleaning of the heart can begin with the words of God and by them also can be maintained.

 

Although for the physical health, natural and healthy nutrition is still decisively important. Therefore, it is also the ultimate topic. And because of that, people do not consider spiritual issues scientific. So it seems that the modern world doesn’t care whether they cause the spirit to become ill.
Living healthy is the only thing being pursued here! But for this truth we do not need science, what one sows, the same he will also harvest. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. The worldly science tries hard to weaken this truth constantly. The production and the spreading inexpressibly destructive products seems to be exceedingly important, because they are often promoted even by the state and in many other way, instead of forbidding them. The purposes of the god of this world, also mentioned by Jesus, are clear, and they are not unknown for Christians when you were dead through your trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the powers of the air, of the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience. Therefore there is no place for naivety here. But indeed we ought to pay attention and act accordingly, so as not to become poisoned or even perish, but nourish the spirit in a healthy way, and so keep it to life.

 

Last but not least faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. That it is faith, or God’s trust by which we can be saved, and among others also physically cured, because All things are possible to him who believes.

 

Humanity has already invested huge amounts into the destruction of life. In many ways. And all these they’ve done to our own cost, and to our damage. Howbeit there is solution with God for everyone, who respect the life given them by Him, and that is what they would much more invest into. For this purpose his word is available to us, and behind it his whole power.

 

Man does not live by bread only, but by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of Yahweh does man live.
